Tournament Starts on Friday, May 31st

The 2024 NCAA Baseball Tournament was announced last weekend by the NCAA. The tournament will begin on Friday, May 31st and will feature 64 teams. The teams will be divided into 16 regional sites, with the top 16 teams receiving a national seed. The regionals will be played from May 31st through June 3rd, with the winners advancing to the Super Regionals. The Super Regionals will be played from June 7th through June 10th, with the winners advancing to the College World Series. The College World Series will be played from June 14th through June 24th in Omaha, Nebraska. This year's tournament will mark the first time that the NCAA Baseball Tournament has been expanded to 64 teams. The tournament was previously a 64-team event from 1999 to 2018, but was expanded to 68 teams in 2019.
